I have really enjoyed these the last couple of months. I bought them to replace some of the flexible ones that were just worn out. While I do miss the flexibility that goes with cleanup or dumping ingredients into a pan, these are solid, well made and show extremely minimal marking so far. It just makes me happy to pull these out and use.
Why I think perhaps it is!! The best cutting board out there, if you want something made with great respect for the consumer and for the planet. Alot of thought and care went into these boards. I am very happy with both my cutting boards, the really big one and the little one, which I actually used side by side yesterday!! Get two sizes, people!! You'll use them and be glad you did!! PS I do alot of chopping at my Little House!! BE WELL <3
